Still not sure what the significance is of the swedes gradually capturing ownership of BEM. Does it work like a T/O where once they get to 70% they can vote to, for example, transfer the company base and share trading exchange to Sweden?

Insurance claim - there will be a clause in the contract which automatically invalidates a claim if a dodgy driller is used.

The point being made is that we, as frustrated bystanders, have for too long hoped that things such as these and the sale of Westmed will transform our fortunes.
If however you take a more pragmatic view and assume these things won't happen, you start to get more relaxed about our situation and adopt a more realistic view of what the future holds. The round the world cruise for me will have to wait .

On the contrary, whatever one thinks about the current situation, and I too have my reservations, "at the moment" it is probably being managed better than at any time since the royalty agreement was set up.

Myself, I would like to average down as, for a relatively small outlay I can make serious inroads into my current average at these levels.
My worry is that although the longer term future looks bright (assuming they pull it off with big power), in the short term scuff rates are fairly static and there is no guarantee that Foo will not win his case against VOG. I think it would stick in my craw somwhat if I topped up at 12p+ and sank to 9p in that case.

Biggs. This was addressed at the Q&A, and they appear to be building their hopes on big power from a number of large players. This is presumably why they are expanding the pipeline. The "saturation" issue also came out in the Q&A. The new board are basically saying that whilst in the past the company has banged on about a huge number of industrial companies waiting for the pipeline to reach them, in reality, most of the remaing companies are relatively small and spread out, and that it is not necessarily economically vaiable to add branches here and there for nominal amounts of scuffs.
That's my understanding of it but I'm sure others at the AGM may have their own interpretation.

While other directors were happy to stay and chat to various shareholders, he couldn't wait to get out of the room.

The point to bear in mind though is that Foo has gone. And whilst he may hang about a while like a bad smell until the litigation is sorted, the company focus has now completely changed. A year or so ago, when we were peering over the abyss, we were told in no uncertain terms that we have to diversifyad build up other income streams to survive. ie not rely so heavily on big power.
However the message coming out very loudly from the AGM was that gas sales to industrial companies of any worthwhile size had more or less reached saturation point. A far cry indeed from Foo telling us years ago and repeatedly that there were at least 60 companies waiting for our pipeline to reach them.
The board's view of diversification seems now to be going for big power from several different companies rather than relying on just Eneo
