Very difficult to call on this. On the one hand, you could argue that we are only seeing a retrace (albeit a big one) from a spike and things still settling down.
Indeed it could seem attractive to top up at this price. But one shouldn't lose sight of the saying "catch a falling chainsaw" (sic) with the possibility of some uncomfortable news on the way.

It's all about managing expectations. We are most of us guilty of expecting an RNS to hit pretty much every day, so we get uptight when it doesn't.
I now take a more realistic approach and just assume it will come when it comes, whilst remaining positive that it will indeed come.

Geovanni - I take a positive from the comment on applying the Law to the decision.
Beowolf has said with it's legal team on a number of occasions that we have fully satisfied all legal requirements and therefore it is to be hoped that at some point, the decision will favour us.
If it doesn't then hopefully we shall be able to rely on these points for a successful appeal.
Only worry for me is the time involved in the process and the potential dilution meanwhile.

Personally I feel that we may be chasing dreams with big power. The costs and uncertainty surrounding the development of Matanda will at best, only beneift the institutional investors to whom we will be diluted, or at worst, sink the company.
Matanda cost us nothing and to date has cost little.
Bearing in mind recent costs reductions and some small success in increasing gas sales, I would far rather we had a concerted push to increase the customer base in the more profitable industrial side, making full use of the pipeline we have created through these heavily populated industrial areas.
Either that or just sell the business. Then again our track record on selling assets is not great is it?
