Could be massive and reduce the massive reliance on Mediterranean imports.

Hi rosewall. I'm not an expert but I assume that a certain amount of recycling is used with the water in the process, especially in view of the retained contaminants such as lead which would otherwise return to the water system.
That apart, and it pains me to say it, but this is Africa, and where mining and other big earners are involved, the people's needs tend to be secondary for some of these regimes.

My money this year is on JLP. Gonna be a stonker in 2020 and should help recover a good chunk of my 30k losses on vog and bmr. This time next
