As for mine planning, for the last 5 years you use RMG's services because you do not want to spent money on international mining consulting and blindly rely upon RMG/CMG flock of graduated sheep. Because your own mining/geology staff is not better.
If you do not demonstrate to the Agency your intention to mine, you will likely lose the 3 remaining deposits to the benefit of the Agency's potential favorite. And what does your Georgian affiliate (the lawyers!) do? Many great things, except for mine planning. Of course, they are very tallented lawyers. They will prove whatever you want. But some 6 to 8 years later, when you win all the possible legal precesses both in the UK and Europe to return all 6 deposits back, you will spot 6 abandoned pits on their place.
" If they have the company need to feed this information to the market ..." Then why are you surprised if somebody else has other information as a counteraction against EEE? To be honest, I will not be surpriced if the three deposits stripped off the EEE are given tomorrow to some other international (lets say, German) mining company, which is not so spineless as EEE. Unlike you, the Germans have also had historical and cultural ties in the region.
I think they have both. They had mining license 5 years before the explo license expired, and at least 1 year after the termination of the explo and its prolongation this year. They may have the mining license now, but let them speak about it by themselves.
Because nobody asked them to announce. The question must be explict, and the ansver Yes or No. And if under current development they have no mining license, the question must also include "Why" both for "Why don't you have it" and "Why did not you announcee it to the market when you had it."
This was an option. Would have been the best case scenario for EEE. But as I know, the Russians asked for the amount the then Georgian Mining clould not consider reasonable. In any possible case, EEE should know potential geological reserves before negotiating the deal with RMG. This is why geological exploration followed by resourse estimation / reserves calculation is the priority #1.
I have already wrote who wants what. EEE Board is aware of this and is not going to abandon the agreement until the five times the amount spent is remunerated (wishful thinking). RMG can not leagally kick EEE, but it showcases itself using mass media and contributes to the Government enough money to keep it on the side. As long as the Government is on RMG's side, EEE is in trouble.
If everything is up to RMG's behaviour, this supports the rumours about RMG's Russian boss Mr Troitski having been the owner of the property in the geological area, including EEE, GCG and CMG (no doubts about CMG anymay). And everything goes back to the fact -- the Russian guy wants to get rid of EEE without paying you all a penny as true Russians enjoy doing. Why you think the Russian would allow anybody take 50% of the profit when he can manufacture for himself a chance to take 100%?
No work is being done in Georgia. The money is for keeping local management and staff home on standby while paying them 80% of their salary. They have already done the same previously, though they have enough data for geological modeling and could do at least preliminary study of the three deposits they have, to show to the Agency of Mines their good attitude and intention for mining. Which they fail throughout their history because of incompetent leadership. They have excellent finance advisors, but ****ty engineers.
