With Home long term you are ''safe as houses'' the only concern is why say, buy at 90p and sell in 2014 at 180p when if you hang around it could go to 60p by christmas and you could sell in April for 120p. Nobody knows where this safe bet is going, other than in long term you won't regret anything.

In my experiences with retail shares, I always get in at the wrong time. Just because it has fallen, in the past I'd have jumped in at say 70-80p. Not now, I will hang around, sod's law It I'll creep up by then!! Anyone like to put a bottom price on this one, going into the christmas period, how much lower than 69p?
