First and foremost, I would like to make clear the fact no BB's ever influence the SP of any stock, we are all "small fish in a big pond". The price of shares are influenced by the large institutions, so even I was shorting this one, my comments would be worthless.
Yes there was an increase in numbers, but did that help the debt in any way, even if we see further surges in numbers, we cannot see how this is going to cut the debt significantly.
The only way the debt can be cut is with a rights issue and even after the rights issue, the debt will still be high and would require further attention, but that is something that could be addressed long term.
The SP will head to £1.50 and at some point a rights issue will be called, those holding shares will be offered shares at a discount to the previous close. I feel we are heading for a slowdown, regardless of Brexit (which won't happen) and with this slowdown the number of new customers will drop. I personally feel if the if you hold shares and say are offered more at £1.20 each, there will come a time when they will be available at less than this "on the open market"
