They are going to continue buying? When they first came into the equation, it was suggested they may have an interest in a specific product. This would be consistent with their ''active investor status''. Perhaps with GD gone, they may try and do something with a product? Oh and of course if their efforts boost the SP, they will sell and run and the do the same elsewhere.

Look at Spire Healthcare( they own BUPA) Last year South African company Mediclinic, offered £3 per share for it after building up a 29.9% stake. The board rejected the offer. last month the shares were just over £1!!! How do you think their shareholders feel? GD rejected 65p and we hit 57p 6 months later and 45p a few months ago.

Don't think it is going sub 30p and really don't think it ever will. However, it may take ages for it to go and stay above 50p. However, if there is a genuine belief in the company being split up, who knows? No reason why Mr Kipling can't be sold along with Ambrosia to different or the same people.

Iv'e been stuck with Premier Foods for over 8 years!!! In so many cases the SP will fall below the RI price and hence, sooner or later Capita will go below 70p, which is when I will buy!!!
