Yes it is a big one and the only reason why the SP is not a lot lower. However, one it is paid out where will the SP go in the absence of news?

above £1 earlier this year. Looks like the reason this has fallen is because a Rights Issue is on the way.

I understand the anger and frustration shown in the posts and if the SP does not pick up before GD goes I will post even more angrier comments than the ones we have seen. However, I still feel there has to be something in the pipeline or GD would have been a complete failure.

apart from ignore all the rubbish statements PF issue. They said they were in talks to sell Batchelors to Nissin, nothing came of it. Same thing can be said about Ambrosia.

Who is He/She? Is it someone already in a top post? If it is, they cannot just ''jump ship'' so quickly and if they are already employed, why has their departure from their current role and commencement of the PF role not been announced, given it is only weeks away (taking the Christmas break into account).

If they are out of a job and can be ''bought on board'' straight away, why were they out of a job?

was holding this when Tesco fell to £1.48 and recovered to £2.50, looks like it is on the way down again. However, PF has not moved in all that time so not been able to buy. Can't believe PF has been sub RI price for nearly 5 years!!!
Other solid stocks like Royal Mail will fall and recover, but PF will remain where it is.

Looks like they did a dirty on GD and he has had to quite correctly go. The fact we have no CEO appointed is naturally affecting the SP.

There are so many examples of companies paying over the odds for acquisitions purely for the sake of them. The case for buying Wagamamas was far from overwhelming. We may be proven wrong, but the SP is ''guilty until proven innocent'' and hence until we see how spending so much going into debt and the RI was worth it, we will see sub £1

selling to McCormick would have seen the shares dissolved at 65p, that is what you would have got. After that the company would have no share price.

In the likely event of the SP being below 65p come end of January, it would render GD to be a complete failure. I have been critical of GD, but never using strong language. I still feel there is something to get the SP moving in the pipeline and in all honesty, if the SP does go above 65p even towards the summer, it would be reasonable to credit it to GD.
