Agree!!! But the biggest ''game'' they will play is when the SP rises above 60p and we sell up. From there who knows where this one could go? You do have to wander why it went to £1.85 in Oct 2013, I wish I had sold out then.

What can Oasis say? Talk gets you nowhere!!! If anyone can now talk its Paulson!!! Think they may be working with a Private Equity Outfit, who could be preparing a bid for the whole company. If Paulson add more and become the largest shareholder, Nissin may have to add to 29.9%.

The Scots voted to stay in the union, before we heard the term Brexit. If another referendum was held they would leave the union. A concern for those who voted to stay was ''what currency would an independent Scotland adopt'' The day the Euro is considered alongside the US Dollar, in all aspects including being an alternative reserve currency. cannot believe the SP hit 45p last summer on hope that GD would be ousted and Oasis would see to the sale of Batchelors. Now he has been ''ousted'' and we may still see Batchelors sold off, but also Ambrosia. However, the SP is just stuck at 35p.

Thanks. So far the SP is not plunging, thank god. It needs to be appreciated there are logistical reasons behind the drop in sales which will not be present soon. Moreover, PF has done well in a ''decelerating environment''.

True in principle. However, PF are desperate in that they don't have the portfolio of brands to trade themselves out of difficulty. Instead they rely on ''joint ventures'' like the Batchelors deal with Nissin and now the Sharwoods range.
How do we know anybody is interested in Ambrosia?

Maybe there is conflict between Oasis and Nissin? this may be resulting in the delay to appoint a permanent CEO.
Perhaps if Nissin win, they will appoint and may increase their stake to 29.9% to fend off further advances by Oasis?
