The CEO post has been available since November, no appointment some 5 months later says it all!!!
The fact Nissin haven't topped up further also suggests they don't care if someone else tries to have an influence on the company, hence Oasis and Paulson are ''effectively the CEO.''
In early 2018 it was confirmed Batchelors was available, like Ambrosia, it failed to fetch a decent price. Even if it was sold for a reasonable price, what effect would it have on the SP?
The only way the SP will rise is with a disposal that also triggers a ''bidding war'' resulting in someone paying £50 million odd more than the going rate. The only candidate for this is, Mr Kipling!!!
