Our latest Investing Matters Podcast episode with QuotedData's Edward Marten has just been released. Listen here.
Last week was Positive for KAT and so it will be again moving closer to the end of September! We had two RNS’s come in and a positive interview. Patience is only needed for now.
Now, with the expected funding at end of September, the closer we get we will be seeing us spiking upwards towards 3p-6p into the next two weeks and 7p-10p on completion of deal. Bring it on!
Gold rising, positive interview at beginning of the week and two positive moving RNS’s this week. Blyvoor soon to be funded and Haneti program coming closer starting. Again, I see no reason for not being fully funded on September deadline, so having a fully funded gold asset and a nickel resource!
Coming into the week, we have seen us reaching highs of 2.6p/2.7p
With the expected funding at end of September, the closer we get we will be seeing us spiking upwards towards 3p-5p and 7p-10p on completion of deal, with net present value at 160+
At 2K dollars an ounce they make 1.3K profit per ounce. Market Cap still undervalued at 8 million.
Unless LC is lying on the below statement or the weekends interview, we are going to be climbing higher. As said in previous post, 3p is our first target and to become our new support.
Louis Coetzee, Executive Chairman of Katoro, said:
"The strong levels of interest we have received from no less than 14 parties keen to provide project level financing to support the construction and development of the Blyvoor Project is a clear indication of its value potential.
"Whilst we have always been comfortable alongside our JV partners with regard to our ongoing partnership, we recognized that many investors wanted some clarity as to Katoro's exclusivity position after the expiry of the June 2020 project level funding deadline caused principally by Covid-19 disruption and the extensive interest from third parties. In response we have agreed a formal extension to 30 September 2020 which we trust will address concerns investors may have with the security of our position in the Blyvoor JV.
"Our primary responsibility remains to ensure we identify the best possible partner(s) and funding option(s) that will best support and realize our JV goal of delivering significant near-term revenue generation within a very aggressive timeline."
I can imagine many buys coming in tomorrow, on the back of the interview today, gold on the up, Blyvoor soon to be funded and the the Haneti program coming closer to starting. Potential to have both a fully funded gold asset and nickel resource.
I have to disagree with it being a bad interview... Yes, I’m sure more aggressive tactics could have been used to scratch the surface a tad more... But, I think the interview was informative. We was told good progress being made with the potential funders. Understandable with COVID pushbacks will exist, but they are readjusting everything to get it working and to hit the deadlines!
Just sold 70 percent and free riding now. I like that ECR blatently have over 2mil Oz, but will take years to produce 14milmcap.
Bought into KAT which will be concluding it's full financing, shortlisted down for a 30-35milmcap.
Kat will actually be selling gold in 14-18 months with the deal 4-5x the current mcap, and with annual revenues 4-5x the current Mcap. 6.5milmcap
