This for me is the most obvious sign corporate activity is in progress, and again another reason why we haven't seen any director or other related party share buys.

Its part of their IPO strategy and commitment to shareholders to grow the business fast, this is what they are doing but perhaps arguably listed on the wrong exchange to fully appreciate the merits of such a strategy.

Yup, that's it Hosai, the 170m remaining plus what's currently sitting on the balance sheet 530m equals total available on long term facility mentioned in Q3.

This is my reasoning for a possible acquisition soon, as why would you draw down such a lump without good reason.

Pretty sure the cash is drawn down from long term facility with around 140m GBP still remaining, we don't know for sure as last update was only a TU with no accounts.

Market cap however is a bit lower, roughly 1.2b GBP currently give or take, not sure where the LSE data is derived from.

Had to pay 0.3 over the ask for relatively small trade of 10k, these guys are just messing with us lol

We don't know the exact number sold short, it could be as high as 85m in which case the shorts may well have a paper profit but getting out without moving the price could be another story.

Blackrock have gone, always a fickle holder imo as seen with many other stocks.

If we get something remotely positive (Chairman, Prem List) could have a good 'ol bear squeeze..

Worth looking at the chart just over half way down USA comparative Historical ..., it measures production, stocks and prices - the red line is where we are now (100) but historically since 2014 the average is roughly half that.

This may not be the exact exchange or price where THG purchase from but it's okay as a general guide imo.

It suggests the genuine selling is now done with momentum shorts having a go, and why not ..

Looking at a monthly candle stick chart, Blackrock sale took us to 120 on 24th Jan with volume.

Market sentiment odd bear or two pushed us past this on lower volume.

It looks like they sold out post 18 January 2022 TU, that would certainly explain the drop from 180 area to end of Jan.

Shorts building on that downward momentum too, or should I say guaranteed future buyers : )

Any move is amplified by the hamstrung listing together with a closed book.

Based on last months Crest data there are potentially 85m shares sold short, way above the reported threshold of 1% or so. Its important to note this is the number marked as out on loan which doesn't necessarily mean they have been sold, however recent market volatility suggests there is a lot more than the 1% or so declared.

With this in mind I have bolstered my own reserves anticipating large intraday swings.

Not sure for other regions of the world but Its the freight issue that is now starting to recede from headlines, collecting product from dairy farms within a relatively short period of time caused major problems both here and on the continent.

Those awful scenes of farmers pouring fresh milk away, hopefully behind us now as we come out of Covid. Northern hemisphere is mostly in winter where dairy production is minimal (got my farming cap on lol) but earth will slowly rotate with that all important 23.5 degrees leaning us closer to our heat source.

If we can ride out the bumps margins should jump significantly once things return to normal, my bets it will swing the other way as it did with milk a few years ago, again pouring it away.

From memory Matt mentioned something about choosing spot instead of hedging as they could respond quicker to any price drop?
