Its only late February, most of those points were scheduled for 2022, no other time scale was given that I am aware of so surely not late or overdue?

Premium listing requires current numbers most likely audited, with last years acquisitions this is going to take some time imo

Its understandable that investors are getting frustrated but that is what the company has guided to.

Shorts are reversing out of some retail positions, look at the drop in Asos last few days, only Marshall left.

I would imagine the board are waiting for 2021 accounts to be signed off before Premium listing is announced, part of the process includes up to date (presumable audited) numbers to qualify.

Chairperson on the other hand could be some what quicker, question is who ?

if Blackrock are overseas/off shore then 5% rule applies with regard to notifications, if so no further RNS is needed in they dispose completely.

Fair points, I hadn't factored China into the equation but hopefully new supply will meet demand. Here in the EU (especially in France, Ireland) there is a lot of support for dairy as an industry, even if it drops back say 30-40% that should be enough on both sides.

Just to be clear, whey is not some super commodity or rare earth metal, it can be produced anywhere where there is dairy production.

Historically THG margins are around 8 - 9% from memory, would need to go back and check the admin doc for details.

Post Covid we are in an inflationary environment, one of THG's biggest overheads is whey which are currently up over 50% from historical average (see earlier post with graphs) - it's a basic commodity like butter or cheese and easily scaled up to meet demand, farmers will be very keen I am sure to take advantage of such prices having been severely depressed for years.

You may as well stop right there if you only have interest in organic revenues. THG IPO'd with a mandate to expand aggressively through acquisitions, this was further compounded by the May 2021 fund raise with Softbank and others.

You need to do your own research rather than relying on other others to convince you on the investment case, if you cannot see it then that's fine also.

CAPEX is bound to be high and likely to drop once the recent acquisitions are fully integrated and where applicable, onboarded to Ingenuity.

Showing concern over an impending human disaster is not virtue signalling.

The last time we had turmoil in Europe, short selling was restricted or in some cases banned altogether.

THG is hovering just above a billion market cap, not far off a third of this years revenue.

Its tempting to get caught up in the whole stock market thing, but behind this there is war with some very real casualties, not just numbers on a screen.

I hope there is a peaceful resolution soon.

The shorts are now coming out of the woodwork, we knew they were there despite everyone denying this, how many more, up to the full crest stock on loan data ?

It could be capitulation of the bears as crazy as that sounds, why show your hand now if not to add that extra element of fear, toppling a few more over the edge..

the company hasn't materially changed since IPO, only the price..
