If I have read this page correctly the following two directors purchased shares on 24/03/2022 increasing their holdings to 3,487,325 and 7,301,305 respectively.

As they were purchased in HK assuming no reporting requirement here in UK, not familiar with HK operations so could be wrong.

CHENG Chig Fung Johnny 75,705 > 3,487,325
SU Weiguo 467,725 > 7,301,305

According to Yahoo the price closed at 20.72 on 24/03/22

Its clear from the increased Crest loan data this attack was planned in advance to capitalise or even promote a negative stance, something that has been public for over two years.

it has no merit imo with momentum clearly behind the Chinese regulators to solve this issue, news out of the company could also help with sentiment.

It's unlikely to be HCM although that would be nice, the link was more of a comment on their revised take having been quite bearish couple of weeks before.

I expect more sour grapes once the brokers are announced for this years IPO's. Happened before, couldn't move for toys littering the ground :)

We may start to here more on this as the quarter ticks on, the US AutoStore should have some fanfare as its a bit of a milestone for THG in terms of US expansion.

Onboarding (Ingenuity) of Softbank partners is also another area of particular interest, also expecting some comment of future acquisition/s given cash balance.

Plenty to look forward to.

The figure of 6.72% may seem insignificant but in comparison to the free float (i.e. known holders such as Hutchinson and others) it's actually on the high side.

No worries, I really do think this is a good move by Chinese regulators as it will effectively give a similar layer of protection that is afforded to other US based NASDAQ stocks.

This has cast a shadow over for some considerable time with short positions being built ahead of implementation (see below Crest data), now this has been overcome I would expect to see short covering over the next few months perhaps even driving stocks to new highs.
