It was a very interesting chat.. loads of positive talk about the new Board.. very relaxed about increasing my holding now going forward on any dip, if the MM's allow..

It is very quiet and seems not a lot is happening.. BUT... I had a long conversation with the legal hand a Bowleven last week to find out what is going on.. A lot is happening behind the scenes, a full and in depth analysis is being carried out to cut cost.. New directors are being very busy educating themselves on the business, past and present.. A really up beat conversation from a person that has no axe to grind..so all positive from my point of view.. Change is happening and that is what we desperately need, COC saw and still see the value that we all saw years ago.

So where do we go from here...

Would not want to be short of this ... when they take this up it will be quick and sharp..

One thing I am surprised is that the Market has Let COC continue to build the stake it has.. at such a level that creates so much value.. Some times the market gets it wrong..

Looking cheap at the moment.. wouldn't surprise me a little pop back to 37 again..

In June 2014, LUKOIL joined the deep-water offshore project in the Etinde block on the Cameroon shelf in West Africa (the deal was closed in March 2015). The block is located in the Gulf of Guinea, offshore Cameroon, in close proximity to the border with Equatorial Guinea. It is developed on the basis of a product-sharing agreement (PSA) signed in December 2008. In July 2014, a 20-year license was obtained for the development of the Etinde block. Previously, thirteen out of fifteen exploration and appraisal wells drilled at the block yielded positive results. In 2015, two more appraisal wells were drilled. Currently, the Company is conducting design and engineering activities at the site and drawing up a development program for the newly discovered gas fields. The final investment decision on the project is expected to be made in 2016.

That's great news, no fire sale.. hopefully we will see true value of our world class asset and move BLVN forward from a position of strength.

Ok so lets say.. 1/4 of the value is achieved.. 60 million USD, 65 million USD owed, 90 million in bank and Lets give Bonomo away... Thats 215 million USD...172 Sterling.. Thats 54p.. So basically giving Etinde away.

250 million for 50 % of our interest in Etinde, this could close nearer 90p than 56p if true value is realised.

This is going to be a game of cat and mouse now.. lots of false information. but the facts are as clear as day. COC have not taken over BLVN.. we are just changing the path.. I see the VOG community are saying we will loose our Bonomo license, after investing 600 million into Cameroon and supporting their economy, I think we will be just fine..

What we need from this strategic review is the value associated to each asset and the value they feel they can achieve. That is all I am interested in.. The rest is noise.. I am hearing it is the same hedge fund trying to capp the price to buy more shares.. just need a couple of funds to move us up into a holding price band off 45p

The shares in treasury will be cancelled, the company will be wound up and the cash will be distributed to the amount of shares held.. this is not Rocket science , it happens every second of every day... 56p is a 50 % discount to value..

Everybody is aligned now and realise we are going too be a holding company not an OG company. The assets are valuable to New age and Lukoil and has a value same as Bomono doe to VOG. We know the basics, 90 cash, 65 million owed.. even if you sold both assets combined for 50 million, seeing though Lukoil and New Age paid 250 million for 40 % two years ago, 50 million very low ball. Thats 205 million. 5 million to wrap up company.. that 60 % upside from here... madness we are still at 36p.. but it will wake up soon enough.. it could be 80p realistically if a sensible valuation is put on the assets.
