Pension funds need yield... they need to buy into companies that will continue to pay... any stability with oil and this could really fly..

It is not priced in at 3.30... this is going back to above 4 pounds.. not many companies paying dividends and RDS and BP have confirmed they will.... Let s not forget... GULF spill BP was trading at this level with 3.9 Billion in Liquidity... they have 40 Billion in cash and liquidity... see you all back at 4 pounds..
