Responding to some speakers' call for local coal extraction, he said this is not feasible as there is a huge aquifer coming from the Himalayas under the coal mine. “If we destroy this aquifer, it will have a major impact on our ecology”, he added.

Does seem several influential parties have got their heads together on this and pushing for things to happen, hopefully it continues.
Not always been a fan of Tang but he’s certainly ticked a few major boxes recently, plenty of reasons to be optimistic.
