Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Some may recall a week or so ago some contributors were pushing negatively that our Directors were not buying at these levels. Just to put that argument to bed...
Dear [1210]
Thank you for your email. I trust all is well.
Directors can only buy shares during prescribed periods, when they are not aware of any price-sensitive information. Given the number of activities that the Company has announced and conducted in recent months, as well as the preparation of the annual accounts for the year ended December 2019, the directors have not been in a position of buying more shares.
Many thanks for your valuable feedback and continued support for the Company.
Kind regards, Chika

@Bella - thanks for the suggestion - I have emailed the co. directly in the past.
@Bella - your guess is as good as mine... I don't see that many obvious ones but I am certainly no expert. What I do see is endless round figure sells coming from somewhere.
@goblesmythe - you're not wrong!
Sorry all - I am obviously in a grump today. We see nothing but positive moves by the company (putting aside wider market sentiment) but this weight of the endless sells is driving me mad.
I share your frustration diatom - it's f**king tedious.
Yesterday, after the RNS was put out (not forgetting the price being dropped to allow a 800K buy just before - if it was a buy, who knows anymore?) there was buy after buy, after buy. Then just £20K of sells (thereabouts) and the whole rise comes to a standstill.
Fed up.
@Macbev
'as a result of the Resolutions passed today, the Company's Ordinary Shares will be consolidated to form Consolidated Ordinary Shares at a rate of 1 Consolidated Ordinary Share for every 50 Ordinary Shares. On the Share Consolidation, all Shareholders will be rounded down to the nearest 50 Ordinary Shares, in contrast to the fractional entitlements previously stated.'
For me AM, that happens when the 'granular information' that Fortune has spoken of in the past becomes impossible to ignore.
At the moment (and to some investors annoyance) BMN don't put out and RNS' because 'Bob farted in the canteen'. Each one is generally long , there is a lot to digest and the story is complex.
When the RNS' consist of 'Contract Win' / 'Contract Win' / 'Contract Win' / 'Contract Win' I think we'll see some sizeable moves from any level the SP is at at that time.
I could of course be completely wrong... just my opinion.
More connections.

Not entirely King5hott - the article states 'businesses' also and lets not forget right now an important factor is the acceptance of and positive PR of battery technology...
That territory has VSUN written all over it, though I have no evidence they work 'Smart Energy' - not researched it.
From small acorns and all that!
No mention of VRFB but an interesting (if not overly surprising) result of the current world situation...
