LONDON (Alliance News) - Unicorn AIM VCT PLC said Monday it has hired Tim Woodcock as a director of the venture capital trust with immediate effect.
Woodcock - a chartered accountant - is a former finance director for Urban Dining PLC and Capital Management & Investment PLC. He also held roles at Punch Taverns PLC.
Shares in Unicorn closed 0.7% lower at 135.00 pence on Monday.
