LONDON, Oct 21 (Reuters) - The head of Britain's GCHQ
signals intelligence agency, Jeremy Fleming, said on Wednesday
that the UK used offensive cyber operations when needed to
compete effectively with its adversaries and better defend
itself in cyberspace.
