Adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation tipped to jump annually to GBP21 million from GBP9.4 million. "Trading in H1 2021 benefitted from the launch of F1 2020, Fast & Furious Crossroads, Project CARS 3, and continued sales of the company's back catalogue of games - in particular F1 2019 and DiRT Rally 2.0," Codemasters.

"Under the terms of the agreement, Gaming Realms will have the right to license NetEnt's acclaimed slot brand, Starburst, to create a contemporary gaming experience that combines both Gaming Realms' popular Slingo genre and the iconic features of the Starburst slot game," Gaming Realms said.

Ingenta PLC - Oxford-based publishing software developer - Agrees final terms with "major global publisher" on a multi-year contract for Ingenta's Vista as a Service platform. "The deal has been revenue-generating since April and is expected to generate revenue of up to GBP2 million over its initial three-year term, with the option to renew for a further two years at the client's discretion," Ingenta says.
