Tyman PLC - London-based windows and doors supplier - Hires Nicky Hartery, the former chair of construction materials firm CRH PLC, as its new chair. Hartery joins board as a non-executive director from October 1 and then replaces Martin Towers, who is retiring, on December 1. Hartery was chair of Dublin-based CRH from 2012 to 2019. His executive career included time at US industrial conglomerate General Electric Co and personal computer maker Dell Inc.

Indus Gas Ltd - India-focused oil and gas explorer and developer - Appoints Clive Gibbons as non-executive director, effective immediately. Gibbons is an operations director who currently works for Newhaven Group, based in Guernsey. He previously worked at Close Brothers Group PLC.

Plus500 Ltd - Israel-based trading platform for contracts-for-difference - Appoints Anne Grim as non-executive director director, effective immediately, following shareholder approval at annual general meeting on Wednesday. Grimm was most recently chief customer officer at Fidelity International and previously worked at American Express Co, Barclays PLC and Wells Fargo & Co. She currently is a non-executive director of Metro Bank PLC.

Tharisa PLC - platinum and chrome mining in South Africa - Julia Zhengzhi Hu resigns as non-executive director, with Vaneese Wing Yee Chu appointed in her place, both effective Thursday. Chu represents NWS Holdings Ltd, a subsidiary of which holds a 15% stake in Tharisa.
