UK EXECUTIVE CHANGE SUMMARY: HL Senior Director Moves To Royal London

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Thursday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Hargreaves Lansdown PLC - Bristol-based wealth management platform - Shirley Garrood will step down as senior independent director at the end of 2020. Garrood is joining Royal London as non-executive director and expected to become chair of Royal London Asset Management in 2021. Roger Perkin is promoted to senior independent director from January 1, and a search for a new non-executive director has begun.

Morses Club PLC - Batley, West Yorkshire-based home collected credit provider and online loans - Graeme Campbell receives regulatory approval to become chief financial officer, effective immediately. Campbell was formerly CFO of BrightHouse, a provider of rent-to-own and cash lending services.

Staffline Group PLC - Nottingham, England-based recruitment and training - Hires Ian Starkey and Catherine Lynch as non-executive directors, starting January 1. Starkey was a global lead audit partner at KPMG UK. Lynch is chief people officer for UK & Ireland at Flutter Entertainment PLC, the FTSE 100 gambling operator.

Fulcrum Utility Services Ltd - Sheffield-based multi-utility infrastructure and services provider - Phil Holder steps down as non-executive chair, effective immediately. Jennifer Babington promoted to chair, having joined the board in May. Stephen Gutteridge as a result will remain as an independent non-executive director until a replacement is found.

Dalata Hotel Group PLC - Irish hotel operator - Margaret Sweeney promoted to senior independent director, replacing Alf Smiddy, who will stay a non-executive director but step down from the senior independent director role after six years since the company's listing in 2014.

Henderson Opportunities Trust PLC - Chair Peter Jones will retire from the board at the annual general meeting in March. Wendy Colquhoun will replace Jones as chair, having joined the board in 2018.

Drum Income Plus REIT PLC - real estate investment trust - Non-Executive Chair Hugh Little is appointed chair of Downing Renewables & Infrastructure Trust PLC, which listed on the London Main Market on Thursday.

Asia Dragon Trust PLC - invests in Asian equity markets - Peter Maynard retires at AGM on Thursday.
