Everyman Media Group PLC - London-based cinema chain - Hires Alex Scrimgeour as chief executive officer. Scrimgeour has been CEO of the Cote Restaurants Ltd, a chain of French restaurants, for the past five years. Cote was placed into administration back in September, due to enforced closures caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Baronsmead Second Venture Trust PLC - invests in UK growth companies - Hires Graham McDonald as independent non-executive director, starting from the close of the annual general meeting on February 16. McDonald is the former global head of Private Equity & Venture Capital at Aberdeen Standard Investments.

Filtronic PLC - Leeds-based radio frequency products - Hires John Behrendt as a non-executive director, starting January 1. Behrendt was head of Principal Investments at Eight Roads, part of Fidelity, from 2015 until this past January.
