UK EXECUTIVE CHANGE SUMMARY: CLS Holdings Founder Sten Mortstedt Dies

CLS Holdings PLC - property investor in UK, Germany and France - Says Sten Mortstedt, the founder of the company and an executive director, died on Tuesday at the age of 80. Mortstedt founded CLS in 1987 and the Sten Mortstedt Family & Charity Trust owns 51.5% of the FTSE 250 company. CLS says the trust remains committed to the company and Anna Seeley remains its board representative as non-executive vice chair.

Greatland Gold PLC - mineral exploration and development in Western Australia and Tasmania - Hires Shaun Day as chief executive officer, starting February 8. Day is the former chief financial officer of Northern Star Resources Ltd, an Australian gold producer listed in Sydney. He replaces Gervaise Heddle, who is leaving Greatland "to pursue other interests" but who will remain on the board until March 12 to ensure a smooth transition.

Carclo PLC - West Yorkshire-based engineering for medical, optical and aerospace industries - Matt Durkin-Jones steps down as interim CFO and from board, effective from Thursday, replaced by Phil White, an accountant and experienced CFO. White will be interim CFO and won't join the Carclo board.

Kerry Group PLC - Tralee, County Kerry-based foods and nutrition firm - Hires Jinlong Wang as independent non-executive director, starting January 5. Wang has had a long career in the food, beverage and hospitality industry, primarily with Starbucks China, part of Starbucks Corp, Kerry notes. Wang was a director of Pizza Express since 2015, resigning last month after a financial restructuring plan and company voluntary arrangement was put in place for the struggling restaurant chain.

Victoria PLC - Worcestershire, England-based maker and distributor of floorcoverings - Appoints Blake Ressel as non-executive director. Ressel is a managing director of Koch Equity Development LLC, leading its European team. KED Victoria Investments LLC, an affiliate of Koch Equity Development, has a 10.7% shareholding in Victoria.

Tiger Royalties & Investments PLC - London-based mining royalties and mining company investment - Hires Alex Borrelli as independent non-executive director, effective immediately. Borrelli is an accountant and investment banker who has been a director and chair of various listed companies over the past 15 years, company says.

Block Energy PLC - oil and gas development and production in Georgia - Hires Chuck Valceschini as independent non-executive director, starting immediately. Valceschini is CEO of TechNefteGaz Consulting LLC and has nearly 40 years experience in the oil and gas sector, Block says.
