Andrews Sykes Group PLC - Wolverhampton-based heating and cooling rental company - Makes Carl Webb, current managing director of its UK businesses, its group interim managing director. This is while Paul Wood, current group managing director, takes a leave of absence as a result of ill health.

RUA Life Sciences PLC - Ayrshire, Scotland-based medical device business - Appoints Chief Operating Officer Caroline Stretton to its board. Stretton was appointed as the company's chief operating officer in April 2020 following the acquisition of RUA Medical Devices Ltd and now joins the RUA Life Sciences board with immediate effect. Also appoints Ian Ardill as a non-executive director with immediate effect. Ardill is currently managing director of Causeway Finance Associates Ltd and was previously chief financial officer at Diurnal Ltd.

European Assets Trust PLC- Netherlands-based trust that invests in European quoted small and medium-sized companies - Appoints Pui Kei Yuen to its board effective February 26 as part of orderly succession as existing directors retire. Yuen has more than 20 years' experience in fund management and investment banking at Mercury Asset Management, UBS Group AG and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Previous roles include: "UK institutional equity portfolio management and research, and Pan-European responsibilities for equity sales advising a large range of institutional investors and hedge funds."

Beximco Pharmaceuticals Ltd - generic pharmaceutical products and active pharmaceutical ingredients maker - Appoints Mahomed Ibraheem Hosein Khan to its board as an independent director, replacing Shah Monjurul Hoque. Prior to retiring from service in the Bangladesh government, the new director worked in various different government departments, including the Prime Minister's Office.

Medica Group PLC - Hastings, East Sussex-based teleradiology services firm - Announces upcoming retirement of Stephen Davies as group medical director and executive director on the Medica board. Davies will be succeeded by current company clinical director Robert Lavis, who will work closely with him until the planned May 31 departure date.

One Media IP Group PLC - Buckinghamshire-based digital music rights acquirer, publisher and distributor - Notes the appointment of Non-Executive Chair Claire Blunt as chief advertising officer and chief executive officer at the International arm of the Guardian Media Group PLC. Blunt will fulfil her new role at the Guardian and Observer owner alongside her current position at One Media.
