Impax Asset Management Group PLC - investor focused on transition to sustainable economy - Chief Executive Ian Simm sells 100,000 shares at 840 pence, worth GBP840,000, on Thursday. Chief Financial Officer Charlie Ridge sells 28,333 shares at 750p, worth GBP212,498, on Tuesday. Impax says the GBP1.1 million in disposals are partly to satisfy tax liabilities arising from the vesting of share awards. Simm also sold 20,000 shares and Ridge 66,666 last month.

Fulcrum Utility Services Ltd - Sheffield-based multi-utility infrastructure and services provider - Non-Executive Director Jonathan Turner buys 250,000 shares via Bayford Group at 36p, worth GBP90,000 on Wednesday. Bayford Group now has 32.7 million shares, a 14.7% stake.
