UK DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Mind Gym Founders Buy 1.1 Million Shares

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Monday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Mind Gym PLC - London-based training and management development firm - Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer Octavius Black and Chair Joanne Cash jointly buy 555,555 shares, while Co-Founder & Executive Director Sebastian Bailey buys 500,000, all at 90 pence and together worth GBP950,000, on Friday last week. Black and Cash now jointly have 55.7 million shares, a 55.8% stake, while Bailey has 9.5 million, representing 9.5%.

Superdry PLC - Cheltenham, Gloucestershire-based clothing retailer - Julian Dunkerton, founder & chief executive, buys 91,817 shares at GBP1.50, and Shaun Packe, global sourcing & sustainability director, buys 17,021 at GBP1.46, both on Friday last week and together worth GBP162,845. Dunkerton has bought about 1.2 million shares in recent weeks and hold about a 20% stake in Superdry.

Urban Logistics REIT PLC - London-based logistics-focused real estate investment trust - Non-Executive Chair Nigel Rich buys 30,000 shares and Non-Executive Director Heather Hancock buys 14,388, both at 139 pence, together worth GBP61,699, on Friday. The purchases were part of Urban Logistics' GBP92.3 million equity raise, completed last week. Rich now has 365,536 shares, while the purchase represents Hancock's only holding.

Photo-Me International PLC - Epsom, Surrey-based operator of instant-service equipment, such as photobooths and self-service laundry - Chief Financial Officer Stephane Gibon buys 160,000 shares at 50p, worth GBP80,000, on Friday last week. Now has 300,000 shares. Gibon bought 40,000 shares earlier this month.

Lindsell Train Investment Trust PLC - seeks long-term total returns - Chair Julian Cazalet buys 25 shares at GBP1,100.00 each, worth GBP27,500, on Friday.

Bigblu Broadband PLC - Bicester, England-based broadband services provider - Investment manager Harwood Capital LLP buys 13,000 shares at 91 pence, worth GBP11,830, on Thursday last week. Bigblu Non-Executive Director Christopher Mills is chief executive of the investment managers.

KCR Residential REIT PLC - real estate investment trust - Chief Executive Dominic White buys 50,000 shares at 25p, worth GBP12,500, on Friday last week. Now has 1.2 million shares, a 4.5% stake.
