UK DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Dunkerton Buys More Superdry Shares

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Wednesday and Thursday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Superdry PLC - Cheltenham, Gloucestershire-based clothing retailer - Julian Dunkerton, founder & chief executive, buys 149,297 shares at GBP1.49 each on Tuesday and 59,131 at GBP1.54 on Wednesday, together worth GBP313,248. Dunkerton has bought about 1.4 million shares in recent weeks and has a stake in excess of 20%.

Contango Holdings PLC - developing Garalo gold mine in Mali and Lubu metallurgical coal project in Zimbabwe - Chief Executive Officer Carl Esprey buys 4.0 million shares from Consolidated Growth Holdings. Now has 4.2 million shares, a 1.8% stake. Contango shares were quoted at 5.68 pence on Thursday, making the 4.0 million shares purchased worth GBP227,200. At the same time, mining investor RAB Capital increases holding to 30.0 million shares, a 12.5% stake, via a series of purchases, including 15.0 million shares also from CGH. Contango Director Philip Richards is the 65% controlling shareholder of RAB Capital.

Avacta Group PLC - Cambridge, England-based cancer therapies and diagnostics - CEO Alastair Smith sells 248,543 shares at average 180.28p, worth GBP448,073, on Wednesday and Thursday, in order to part-fund a home purchase. Still has 431,100 shares.

REA Holdings PLC - oil palms in East Kalimantan, Indonesia - Non-Executive Director Richard Robinow buys 70,000 REA Holdings 9% cumulative preference shares via Unitbuckle Ltd at GBP0.57, worth GBP39,585, on Tuesday.

SDCL Energy Efficiency Income Trust PLC - investor in energy efficiency sector - Chair Tony Roper buys 10,000 shares at 105p, worth GBP10,500, on Tuesday.
