LONDON, Sept 21 (Reuters) - British Prime Minister BorisJohnson's Conservative party has a 15 percentage-point lead overthe opposition Labour Party, according to a poll published onSaturday, ahead of a possible national election aimed atbreaking the impasse over Brexit.
