Tritax signs new leases on German, Belgian properties

(Sharecast News) - Logistics real estate firm Tritax EuroBox on Tuesday said it had agreed new leases on two of its assets, adding a combined €1.3m in contracted annual rent.

The company said it had signed a new seven-year lease on its building near Frankfurt, Germany to an unnamed "established" logistics provider which would see rents grow by 24% to €3.1m.

It also let a building in Bornem, Belgium to an online grocery retailer on a nine year lease, generating €0.7m a year in rent initially, a rise of 14% on previous rents secured on the site.
