Triple Point 2011 completes five more investments since January

(Alliance News) - Triple Point VCT 2011 PLC said on Thursday it completed a further five investments since January, with GBP1.72 million deployed.

The small and medium sized enterprises investor now has 34 portfolio companies.

One of the investments is called Crowd Data Systems, a business that is the developer of a cloud-based treasury management software solution built for medium and large enterprise.

Another is known as Konstructly, which is a workforce management and hiring app connecting tradesmen and construction companies.

In October last year, the company said its Venture portfolio had continued to perform well through the current period, having made six new qualifying investments, at a total investment of GBP6.7 million.

Triple Point VCT 2011 shares closed untraded at 45.00 pence each on Thursday in London.
