(Alliance News) - Trakm8 Holdings PLC said on Tuesday it has secured a contract with Adiona Technologies Ltd, a London-based logistics planning platform.

Under the agreement, starting in autumn this year, Trakm8 will provide data and devices for Adiona's insurance propositions. The two companies will also work together with US-based Duck Creek Technologies LLC and UK-based World Programming Ltd.

Trakm8, a Birmingham, England-based telematics and data insight provider, will support Adiona's four core pillars of pricing & selection, risk pool management, crash & claim, and customer engagement.

Trakm8 shares were untraded in London on Tuesday afternoon, last quoted at 18.30 pence each.
