Sept 16 (Reuters) - U.S. Energy Secretary Rick Perry said onMonday it was "a little premature" say whether the United Stateswould have to tap into its strategic petroleum reservesfollowing weekend attacks on Saudi Arabian oil facilities thatshook global oil markets.
