Hollywood Bowl Group PLC, up 2.3% at 243.50 pence, 12-month range 181.50p-263.50p. The ten pin bowling company is among the London-listed leisure stocks to rise again on Wednesday amid hopes the Omicron variant of Covid-19 will not lead to strict lockdown measures.

Motorpoint Group PLC, up 1.5% at 340.04 pence, 12-month range 248.00p-401.00p. Shares in the used car dealer rise after a tough session on Tuesday. The stock ended 4.3% lower in the first trading day of 2021.

SMALL-CAP - LOSERS

Gulf Marine Services PLC, down 7.8% at 5.53p, 12-month range 2.90p-9.98p. The Abu Dhabi-based provider of support vessels, serving the offshore oil, gas and renewables industries, kicked off 2021 with a 4.2% share price rise. Shares lose ground on Wednesday. Since reporting two contract wins on December 21, however, shares are up 11%.
