Fri, 14th Jan 2022 10:53

(Alliance News) - The following stocks are the leading risers and fallers among London Main Market small-caps on Friday.

----------

SMALL-CAP - WINNERS

----------

Trident Royalties PLC, up 3.1% at 38.13 pence, 12-month range 30.30p-47.00p. The mining royalty & streaming firm says it has generated its first revenue under the gold offtake streams acquired from Orion Resource Partners. Trident has acquired 1,858 ounces of gold, and sold them for a margin of USD30.68 per ounce, leading to a total cash flow of USD57,001 and a net smelter return equivalent margin of 1.7% for the batch.

----------

SMALL-CAP - LOSERS

----------

McColl's Retail Group PLC, down 5.1% at 10.91p, 12-month range 10.81p-11.70p. The convenience store chain says Chief Commercial Officer Richard Crampton has resigned in order to take up the position of director of Fresh Food at blue-chip grocer J Sainsbury PLC. Crampton was added to the company's board last May. Current Chief Operating Officer Karen Bird will assume responsibility for the commercial side, alongside her existing duties.

----------

Senior PLC, down 1.4% at 139.90p, 12-month range 90.80p-186.71p. The aerospace parts maker says a recovery was "underway" in 2021, as annual results are expected to meet expectations. It predicts annual revenue would be as expected: roughly GBP659 million, a 10% decrease from GBP733.6 million in 2020, the first quarter of which was unaffected by the pandemic. Anticipates adjusted pretax loss tax will also be in line with management's expectations.
