(Alliance News) - Dixons Carphone PLC on Wednesday said RWC Asset Management LLP held a 5.4% stake in the company after a deal on Tuesday.
Following the transaction, RWC Asset Management held 62.9 million shares in the electrical and telecommunications firm. Its previous holding, if any, was not disclosed.
Shares in Dixons Carphone closed down 0.2% at 118.50 pence in London on Wednesday.
