Riverstone Energy To Sell Aleph Midstream For USD23.5 Million

(Alliance News) - Riverstone Energy Ltd on Thursday said it will sell Aleph Midstream SA to Vista Oil & Gas SAB de CV for USD23.5 million.

In the three months to the end of September 30, 2019, Riverstone invested GBP23 million in Aleph Midstream through a partnership, part of a USD100 million commitment to the midstream company focused on Vaca Muerta shale play in Argentina.

The investment company said it will wind down its investment in the Argentine oil & gas company with the transaction expected to close in the first quarter of 2020.

The stock was trading 4.1% lower at 341.50 pence each on Thursday afternoon in London.
