(Alliance News) - RDL Realisation PLC on Thursday declared a special dividend of 33 pence per share.
The investment trust said the dividend is payable on February 10 to shareholders on the register at the close of business Friday next week. The last trading day with interim dividend rights is Thursday next week.
"The company has elected to designate all of the special dividend as a dividend distribution to its shareholders," RDL Realisation said.
In August, the company proposed to pay a 255 pence per share special dividend after it has refinanced the entirety of its loan balance as the company continued to wind down its portfolio.
RDL Realisation shares were flat at 162.25p each on Thursday in London.
