(Alliance News) - RDI REIT PLC on Wednesday said Non-Executive Director Robert Orr is to step down from the role, immediately, due to other business commitments.
Chair Gavin Tipper said: "The board would like to extend its gratitude to Orr for his invaluable property expertise and experience which he has contributed to the company and his dedication during his four years with RDI. We wish him the very best of luck with his future endeavours."
RDI did not comment on whether it would be making a replacement appointment.
Shares in London closed 2.4% lower on Wednesday at a price of 112.20 pence each. In Johannesburg, they ended down 0.5% at ZAR20.83.
