(Alliance News) -Â The world's first space-focused venture capital fund is planning to launch onto the London Stock Exchange, Sky News reported on Friday.
Sky said it has learnt that an arm of Seraphim Capital is working on plans for a public share sale to raise around GBP250 million. Citing City sources, Sky said Deutsche Bank AG and JPMorgan Chase & Co were working with Seraphim on the IPO, details of which could be confirmed within the next few weeks.
Seraphim's early-stage backers include French aerospace firm Airbus SE and the European Space Agency, said Sky.
