(Alliance News) - Pollen Street Secured Lending PLC said Wednesday it has appointed Senior Independent Director Simon King as chair with effect on January 1.
He will be replacing Stuart Cruickshank, who is stepping down on the same date after six years in the role since 2014.
King has been part of Pollen Street Secured Lending for five years since 2014, and his current executive role is as chief investment officer of wealth manager Vermeer Investment Management Ltd.
"Having taken the organisation from IPO to FTSE 250 membership, this feels like an appropriate moment to step aside as chair. I wish the incoming Chair, Simon King, and the rest of the board every success in the future," Cruickshank added.
Shares in the investment trust - which is headquartered in London - remained flat at 824.0 pence on Wednesday.
