PCF Group Managing Director & Company Secretary Murray to retire

PCF Group PLC - parent of specialist bank PCF Bank Ltd - Says Robert Murray, who has spent more than 27 years in the roles of managing director and company secretary, will be retiring at the end of March. He will not seek re-election as a director at PCF's upcoming March 26 annual general meeting and will step down from both roles on that date. Garry Stran was recruited as chief operating officer designate in July 2020, and formally took over the role on Monday this week. PCF has submitted an application to the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority for Stran to to assume COO responsibilities. Murray has agreed to stay with PCF in an advisory capacity.
