differentials were unchanged on Tuesday in a quiet market.

OUSTANDING BIDS AND OFFERS
* Brent: Shell offered cif Rotterdam at dated Brent plus 75
cents loading Oct. 25-29. On a fob basis, this equates to plus 7
cents, according to Reuters calculations.
