North Sea Crude-Forties ticks up on high demand

LONDON, Feb 22 (Reuters) - North Sea crude Forties crude
differentials rose on Monday after Vitol sold a cargo to
Glencore and on the back of higher bids from Vitol, Trafigura
and Glencore, while Brent slumped as Trafigura bought a cheaper
cargo from BP.

* S&P Global Platts has decided to include U.S. crude grade
West Texas Intermediate (WTI) Midland in its dated Brent oil
price assessment, the first crude from outside the North Sea to
be added to the global benchmark, the company said on Monday.
* WTI will be reflected in dated Brent from July 2022 cargo
deliveries and the basis of the benchmark will be changed to a
delivered basis.

PLATTS WINDOW
* Indications are on a free-on-board (FOB) basis unless
marked as cost, insurance and freight (CIF).
* Forties: Vitol sold to Glencore cif Rotterdam at dated
Brent plus $1.25 loading March 15-19. On a fob basis, according
to Reuters calculations, this equates to around plus 54 cents.
* Brent: BP sold to Trafigura at dated Brent plus 45 cents
loading March 12-14.

OUTSTANDING BIDS AND OFFERS
* Forties: Trafigura bids at dated Brent plus 70 cents
loading March 7-9.
* Forties: Trafigura bids at dated Brent plus 60 cents
loading March 14-16.
* Forties: Unipec bids at dated Brent plus 55 cents loading
March 4-7.
* Forties: Glencore bids at dated Brent plus 60 cents
loading March 4-22.
* Forties: Vitol offers cif Rotterdam at dated Brent plus
$1.40 loading March 12-19. On a fob basis, according to Reuters
calculations, this equates to around plus 69 cents.
* Forties: Vitol offers cif Rotterdam at dated Brent plus
$1.10 loading March 6-12. On a fob basis, according to Reuters
calculations, this equates to around plus 39 cents.
