(Alliance News) - Mid Wynd International Investment Trust PLC on Monday said it has hired accountant Diana Bartlett as an independent non-executive director, effective from the start of February.
Bartlett is currently a non-executive director and audit committee chair at Smithson Investment Trust PLC. She was previously director and interim chief finance officer at workspace management software provider SmartSpace Software PLC, formerly known as Coms PLC and RedstoneConnect PLC.
She has held a number of roles as finance director of various venture capital and private equity backed businesses and listed companies involved in software, financial services, renewable energy and coal mining, Mid Wynd said.
Shares in the trust were down 2.3% at 604.50 pence each on Monday afternoon in London.
