(Alliance News) - Nottingham, England-based Microlise Group PLC on Monday said it expects its shares to start trading in London on Thursday.
The company provides transport management technology solutions, delivering a globally enabled software-as-a-service platform that digitises the business processes of enterprise organisations running highly complex logistics operations. As at the end of 2020, Microlise had over 400 enterprise customers and over 500,000 vehicle subscriptions.
The company said it plans admission for 116 million shares at a price of 135 pence each, giving it a market capitalisation of GBP156.5 million.
Total capital to be raised on admission will be GBP61.2 million, with GBP18.6 million raised for the company and GBP42.6 million raised for existing shareholders.
