(Alliance News) - Maven Income & Growth VCT 4 PLC on Thursday said it has appointed Interim Chair Fraser Gray as its permanent chair.
Maven VCT 4 is a generalist venture capitalist trust which aims for long term capital appreciation.
In June, Maven VCT 4 Chair Peter Linthwaite died after a prolonged illness. Gray, who was previously a non-executive director, took up the role of interim chair.
Meanwhile, Brian Colquhoun has been appointed as a non-executive director, effective from August 1.
Maven VCT 4 said that Colquhoun has spent more than three decades at Clydesdale Bank PLC. His most recent role was a UK head of Commercial Banking. He also is a non-executive director of Coventry & Warwickshire Growth Hub Ltd.
Shares in Maven VCT 4 were untraded at 67.00 pence each in London on Thursday afternoon.
