LONDON (Alliance News) - Shares in Manx Telecom PLC were suspended from trading on Wednesday ahead of an announcement by the firm.
No other details were provided as to the nature of the announcement.
In March, the Isle of Man-based broadband provider said it had accepted a GBP256 million takeover bid from Basalt Infrastructure Partners. Manx shareholders approved the bid at the end of April.
