(Alliance News) - ScS Group PLC said Friday asset manager M&G PLC built an 8.6% stake in the sofa retailer in a transaction on Friday.
M&G held 3.3 million shares in ScS after the transaction, equivalent to a 8.6% stake in the 38.0 million shares outstanding in the firm.
Shares in ScS closed 1.4% lower at 216.00 pence in London on Friday.
